Yup. Muddy as all hell here!! Still raining. But all is real green. Tho Mesquites and pecans aren't putting out yet!

I always heard the when the pecans put out, frost is gone. A few years a ago that was put to the lie. Most times it is true though. miles

Yup. I try to keep an eye on the pecans, Miles. Usually works here. Pretty close. I've seen mesquites get burned more than once!

It was indeed a fun bunch of guys, but the pig hunting was so-so. Last I heard only six pigs killed for 24 guys. I only had one opportunity, and missed him.  They had plenty of exotics and more than a few whitetails, but not that many pigs. This morning most of the ranch was impassable due to the rain - I understood they got a couple of trucks stuck last night.
