Did the rainfall meet the standards of a "Texas toad-strangler"? Or was it better described as a gully-washer, or perhaps a goose-drownder?

for what it is worth, FC from Ohio coined the phrase of "jack rabbits needing to break out the snorkel pretty quick", which, at the time, put me out of the hunt for about five, chuckling.
Y'all
made it home. Lets put it this way - a clusterfistfukk. Rebooked through Denver, onto a fully booked 747 stooled for Asian service, getting a middle seat. Pillow was used to rest my arms on my chest, thereby sucking in my shoulders (8.5 hours of this - ouch).
I laugh hard, when, thous positioned, I came across the FLY-ROBICS video...
Layover in Frankfurt, got into Berlin after 26 hours total traveltime - to find out my bag had not made it.
You guessed it - the page with the car key.
So, after finding the Baggage Lost Station, it in itself lost in some forsaken corner of the airport, with signs pointing in any direction but to, I got ahold of my wife, to meet me at the train and take me home. Due to a misunderstanding she got on and I got off...
Home now - and already swamped with local petty problems...
