They were comparing wound channels. Then they moved to trauma surgeons. Did you know they said they can tell when someone has been shot by an AR? Yep! The damage is more devastating than anything else they encounter. They like that word “devastating “…. Used it a lot as you can imagine.

I’ve heard it said and believe it that about the scariest situation for a cop is walking in to a domestic dispute with either a woman that turns on the police when they try to arrest her husband and uses anything available or causes enough distraction for the husband to pull a deer rifle out of the closet.
Either way it isn’t relevant to the 2A but in real life an unstable BF or husband with an ‘06 is more of a real world scary situation than dudes running around with AR’ trying to take out police.

I have no idea if this is the truth but supposedly Winchester name them SXT for a reason. Per a Winchester rep at the last NRA show I attended, SXT stood for Same Exact Thing as a way of flipping off the media and their role in creating the panic.
Side note: I personally saw the X-ray of the first Black Talon human casualty. Happened in my county during a domestic situation. Guy had a knife to his wife’s throat , ignored commands to drop the knife. Einstein makes a motion like he was beginning to slit her. One round to his head and it was lights out. The X-ray clearly showed it was, indeed, a BT. Angled through the brain and stopped under the scalp on the off side. Yep. Universal registration (either directly or by indirect means like universal background checks) is imperative for confiscation. That's why they've been pushing for it for so long. They cannot fully implement the Great Reset (think your favorite dystopian novel) on an armed population.

The guy I talked to that was part of Blackhawk down doesn't think the AR or in his case M4 was devastating enough. He said the skinnies could take 3-4 solid hits and still keep fighting for a few minutes.

Unless you get CNS hits like the spine and head, or joint/ major bone hits with Fmj 5.56 and 7.62. It does take 3 4 5 8 9 rounds sometimes to put a Haji down for good.
