When the left wing AG's,elected with Nazi collaborators money, engage in prosecutorial misconduct, the result could be the creation of hard core second amendment advocates.lol
I remember hearing when they stormed is house and street, someone said he had defended Dem's and their causes for years, for free, and they turned on him like this. The press and people he helped never said one good thing about him, they eat there own just like rats. I bet he never will make that mistake again.

Exactly. Some people learn from history, others have to learn from their own mistakes.
Not sure how I feel about him being a Senator. Ideally, someone in that position would be smart enough to learn from history. On the other hand, there is nothing like the zeal of a new convert.
Like I stated, the Republican Party is the party of stupid.
We don't want people to join this party unless they can pass a purity test, like the Nazis.lol
As stated on their website, the McCluskeys “have devoted their professional careers to assisting those sustaining serious traumatic brain injury, neck, back, spinal cord and other serious, disabling or fatal neurological injuries. The goal of our practice is to provide those sustaining such devastating injuries, or the survivors of those killed as a result of such devastating injuries, with meaningful compensation.
“We strive to provide the seriously injured and their survivors with a means to having as full and as comfortable a life as possible by obtaining every penny of reasonable compensation for their injuries and losses.”

They've been for 30 years, and together they have one grown daughter.
I’m all for them joining the Republican Party to vote Republican (if they don’t already). I still don’t see them as constitutionalist or conservatives and wouldn’t vote for either one of them unless it was in a general election and the other choice was on the Democrat ticket.
They don't refer to the Republican Party as the party of stupid for no reason.
Make sure no one is allowed to join unless they pass a purity test.lol
Purity test? What are you talking about?
And when did I say they can’t join the party based upon the purity test I didn’t mention?
Like I said. “good for them if this is at all sincere…”
I’m happy to have em come if they’re for real. A formerly leftist lawyer deciding to take something like this and use it as a platform upon which to run a campaign is reason for suspicion.
It reminds me of Californians moving to Texas Montana Idaho Florida and takin gab their voting habits with them. It happens and it’s a legit concern.
There is a balance to be struck here. We all complain about RINOs here constantly.
The Reps are the party of the stupid because all they do is talk and don’t actually take legislative and legal action to do things that impact everyday lives of those who vote for them.

"Purity test" & "can't join the party" are a euphemisms for "they're not good enough".Almost every day I see members expressions of people who aren't good enough.Ashli Babbitt is a perfect example of the this type of "not good enough" bias.
They're welcome if "they're at all sincere".Let me know how you can judge if they're sincere.Clairvoyance? As one of my uncles would say "that's mighty white of you".
When are personal injury trial lawyers a leftist profession?
Your analogy of people moving to other states fails miserably.
If the Repubs are the party of stupid because they don't take legislative or legal action, then these people should be the very reason why they would make good reps for the second amendment. They took action when they stood their ground on their property. They're taking action in running for office as a Republican, who support our second amendment.
Everyone should like Trump because of his actions but I'm not sure what this has to do with the McCloskeys.

Personal injury trial lawyers are one of the most notorious left wing special interests lobby groups and overwhelmingly Democrat just as teachers and there unions are.
By all means someone voting Republican over Democrat is an obvious good thing but I can’t imagine them being constitutionalist which is what we and all Americans should want. I doubt there’re even conservatives. They seem to be classic RINO’s. RINO’s holding office is the exact opposite of a purity test and one of the big problems with the Republican Party.

RINO's...Fudds, etc. are why the Republican Party is the party of losers. Trump didn't lose, but the Republican Party did because they opposed Trump nearly as fervently as the commie scum did. The guy claims to be a lifelong Republican. Good for him. If he's all-in on the 2nd Amendment, he'd get my vote for the Senate if I lived in Missouri and there wasn't anybody any better.

If he would have fought in court for his rights and innocence of wrong doing winning and then making those sobs return his guns. I might believe he could be a conservative Republican as it stands now he looks and smells like another fugging rino. Mb .
I’d rather see a crazy Ammon Bundy hold a political office that this Democrat/RINO.
Why do you think Bundy is crazy?
I don’t know that he is or isn’t. It was in reference to another Ammon Bundy running for political office thread. My point in that thread was that crazy or not I’d take a hardline conservative with constitutional values over any RINO and that a few hardliners on the right wing side even if they are crazy would probably be good for the party. Plenty of hardline left wing crazies AOC ect.

Another worthless, spineless piece of schitt..........Quit when you have the enemy on the run especially when you didn't do anything wrong. Obviously a schitty lawyer that has no concept of justification.
He has been on Tucker or Hannity a few times. Seems to be a sincere Republican at this time. Whether he is a Rino is hard to tell. He's definitely to the right of Mittens and company, but is he as far right as Josh Hawley or Tom Cotton? I'm not sure. He sure is a 2nd ammendment fan now.
The members who have trashed these people clearly have proved the OP's point.
When I watched the interview with Tucker,McCloskey made it perfectly clear in that he never was a Democrat.A little research indicated that a homosexual named Benny@bennyjohnson made that false claim.
There was another dumb-ass who located a Mark McCloskey and made that same false claim about this man's political party affiliation.Unfortunately for that dumb-ass,that McCloskey was from Michigan and not Missouri.
McCloskey is a douche and a half, and his wife is one fugly bitch. They’re life long dems so they can take a flying phuqc at a rolling donut. Too bad the BLM losers didn’t beat them both to death.

Just when I thought no one could be this stupid, you proved me wrong. Are you Benny@bennyjohnson?
From where do you glean your misinformation,Democratic Underground?

These people are far from retarded or stupid. It is entirely possible this was a setup to gain media attention.

I like personal injury trial lawyers. More than anything else they convinced the offshore oil industry to quit killing and maiming people. It is now a fairly safe work environment. Most oilfield work is concentrated in Right to Work (for less) states so there was no union to enforce safety. I was there in the 70s when a man's life wasn't much considered.
Back last summer, right about the time the McCloskeys had their incident, there were rumors that our neighborhood might be invaded. KYHillChick and I had to go through some of the same thought processes.
The last thing I'd be doing in a situation like that is have both of us stand out on the lawn, brandishing wildly. Never mind the way they waved the guns around willy-nilly. Just being out there was stupid. KYHillChick and I were going to work from cover. If I had to tell folks to get off the lawn, it was going to be from a window with her covering me from another window. I'd have had a brick wall between the mob and me. What the McCloskeys did was inviting a brick to the head.
Furthermore, I've been in a brandishing incident, and could have gotten the perp prosecuted. You don't skin that smoke wagon, unless you intend to use it, period!

What does your uncle or my race have to do with this conversation? Bringing race into every thing makes it sound like you’re a Leftist too!
Is this ridiculous response a case of being obtuse or stupid? I vote stupid.

Personal injury attorneys are as a group extreme leftists. They’re responsible for our inability to pass tort reform amongst many other issues.
Your superscillious response was proved wrong during this interview.

Readers of the thread couldn't help but notice that you had no response for this statement
Don't bother to respond now. You've proved all of may statements are true.
Nice to see he got a new weapon. Both he and his wife are camera whores. I don't know enough about his politics to comment about being republican or democrat. Hopefully they both vote Republican.
Don't know about that, but they were clearly righteously defending their property. Can't imagine a true gun aficionado and believer in the 2nd not being in complete sympatico with them.

I couldn't care less. What matters is that they were righteously defending themselves under the 2nd amendment and for that, they deserve our support.
I would have to think by most of the comments on here, that you believe the BLM thugs were in the right when they broke down the gate and threatened the McCloskey's. Strange behavior for a bunch of freedom loving outdoorsmen.
