She's suing because she claims that the blank ammo she received had a live round mixed in. She's going to have a bit of a rough time proving that. Besides, isn't it her job to inspect all of them? I don't know what prop blanks look like but I'm sure they're well marked.

Especially after cops found all the live rounds on set.

Sounds to me like this Rust stuff is gonna get really muddy. Read on Free Republic that the armorer was claiming Baldwin refused to attend safety meetings. I’d say she’s probably trying to muddy stuff up on purpose to cover her own negligence, but who knows.

No one but these liberals' would let any of this stuff happen.

But the fact that Baldwin pointed a pistol at and in fact killed that young woman should not be debated !

Since they were using the revolver for target practice with live ammo, I might have an alternative theory about how live ammo got mixed in.

Just that there is a right way and a wrong way to do things. Read that during the filming of "The Unforgiven" John Huston and Burt Lancaster took Lillian Gish aside to school her a bit for her shooting scene. She outshot them both, for hitting and for speed.
No fatalities were recorded.

She is from Hollywood. She is a Lieberal. She failed at her one job. So, obviously it is someone else’s fault.

No idea here on what the handling protocols might be on movie sets, but everyone that handled that firearm from prop man to the actor bears an equivalent level of responsibility.

Baldwin's "I didn't pull the trigger" claim tells me he's seldom, if ever handled a single action Peacemaker type revolver.

Baldwin pointed a gun at another human being without checking it first. He is at fault no matter what his lawyer or the media says.

Actors and actresses sure aren’t what they used to be. Baldwin has always been pretty insane.

I know nothing of the dead girls family, but I believe that they to will let greed override morality and settle for an undisclosed dollar amount and justice will once again be circumvented by the wealthy .
