My opinion is that Putin telegraphed and warned well ahead of time what his redlines and intentions were. Instead of making a sincere effort to address Russia’s concerns, the Biden administration chose war as a first option. They wanted war. So we have two very closely related countries, with large Christian populations that are killing each other. It is the Ukranian people and lots of Russian mothers who are paying the price.
