It's hard to root for the Steelers when you grow up as a Cowboy fan, but I hope Big Ben and the Steelers beat the Ravens. I think that will be the closest game, and it looks like the Steelers RB, Bell is not going to play. That, and whether or not Troy Polamao plays will be the two biggest factors in that game.
The Ravens had a 1-6 record against winning teams lone win was week 2 against the steelers in Baltimore. The raven offense is sputtering and I hope it keeps sputtering

Bell is out for this game at least, that could be huge.

Steelers will still win. But they will need Bell the following week.

Anybody heard whether or not Troy Polamalu will play on Saturday? Last I heard he was listed as probable.
No matter the outcome I want to see Dallas at Seattle again. That would be the best game of the playoffs I think.
I'll agree with you on that one! But we gotta sneak by Detroit and GreenBay first!
Don't think we will have a problem with the Lions. But facing Arron Rodgers and Clay Matthews when they are both having a really good game won't be a cake walk!

Cincy is a real sleeper in this whole mix.
Which Andy dalton going to show up in Indianapolis
Whoopee! we had 18 on the IR list. I really hope Dallas comes back, but they wont. The Packers will mop up the field with them. Detroit may too. Meanwhile the Hawks are resting up and getting healthy.
Packers destroy the offenseless Seafags in Seattle, but one of the team's today will beat them to it.
Where do you guys come up with this stuff???
The Offenseless Seafags have the #1 rushing offense in the NFL, they are 10th in Scoring offense, and 9th in total yards. They average around 8 yards per game less than the vaunted Cowboys offense.
So now only passing qualifies as offense? Got it, thanks.
Probably goes more towards without balance, a team can make you 1 dimensional and if they force you towards the 27th on the scale, they have a much better chance of beating you.

You have to try to sound this ignorant.
HW, these cheese diks come out once a year, they generally know nothing about Football and it shows. There's a reason the Hawks are ranked #1 in the power rankings two weeks straight.Really impressive after being 3-3 after week six. Then their teams get crushed and you don't hear from them until the following season.

Many have tried and few have pulled it off.
Well, a couple have this year or SEA would be undefeated.
I'm a die hard steelers fan I think that's going to be the best game all weekend steelers-Ravens always play hard
Agreed! Good luck to all the Steeler fans!
[bleep] the stealers fans....the worst in the NFL. Die Rapistberger!!!
You stop by and say hi to the doctor that found you in the garbage can and was forced to save you after the abortion? How was your day at skilcraft? Good I hope...
Yer right, they're not good enough to be a wildcard team.
That will leave a mark. LOL
It actually made me laugh. Most on this forum are pretty decent in their attempt at humor.
And then there are those who simply amuse themselves and do nothing but insult good folks with their struggling efforts around humor.
Please forgive him he hit his head when his skull wasn't fully developed. No one told him but he's been cheering for the b.c lions for the last 3yrs... Not the seahawks he is a special kid that only a grandma could love..
Cam needs to get his head out of his azz...it's simple just hand off the ball to Stewart and it that doesn't work Cam just run it
Yup and he's arguably the best running QB in the NFL. Especially, on 3rd and long. But it is scary when he drops his shoulder and charges right through it. That's what gave AUB the edge.

Well..,no. He can't hold Wilsons jock in the running department. He's 6'5" and not very quick. Quick doesnt mean a 40 time, it means something else entirely. He's a plodding oaf in comparison to Wilson.
Agreed, this game is a shining example of why the NFL shouldn't even think of expanding the Playoffs and adding more teams. There is the top tier teams then the teams that are not quite there. These two teams appear to be the latter.
Rah, rah, rah, Cam. You really kept pounding. Yeah, you better be mo solid when you go to Seattle. No, I dont agree a good week of practice will get you ready, unless you are practicing for a butt pounding.

never really had any beef with you ok, and not lookin for one,
but man you certainly drop the insults when discussing football
is it just me or do you notice that about yourself?
know you love the Seahawks and you have every right to be proud of them, they're a great team, but pard you're taking this stuff way too seriously.
around a real campfire, I'm afraid knuckles would have already been bruised.
just idle it back a notch pard, if your team wins they win, but no reason to go around insulting everyone here that doesn't love the Seahawks as much as you do.
Just ignore IT Randy. Really not worth the energy. Some folks just aim to take the fun out of everything. I just wonder how these Internet bullies explain and justify the very hate crime they're committing to their own children. Especially, when they're attacked on the web.
We have a whole team at Blue dedicated to the study of these actions. Hopefully, some good will come out of it.

just a thunk
Randy,
okok is a mentally challenged (that is the PC term these days, right?) adolescent/teenaged boy who has nothing other than his idolatry of a professional football team. He's a knee-jerk racist who hates black males, except when they wear a certain uniform. He believes they matter, as in wins and losses define the world, but can't stand the fact that the team does not know him and could care less about him. He's rather pathetic, honestly, and not worthy of a second thought.
It's a good thing Steve Largent is retired...He wouldn't have anyone to throw him the ball.
Largent was a stud. Playing with Zorn and Kreig, and very little as a line, TE, RB or other WRs, that he put up the numbers he did - against the secondaries he faced - is incredible.
All time? Largest in the slot, Rice to the weak side, and Moss/Carter/Megatron to the strong side. Put in Novacek or Gonzalez or Gronk at TE, and the QB has a field day.
Strong side, put Michael Irvin over there and call it good. Or Stallworth. Still, Moss in his prime (when he played to his ability) was untouchable and uncoverable.
Steve Largent was great. Really felt bad for Zorn coming to DC. He had no chance with Snyder and company. Especially, as a coach. Met him at a few of the club ceremonies and he was a super nice guy. Even smoked a stogie with him at the FedEx field humidor...
Strong side, put Michael Irvin over there and call it good. Or Stallworth. Still, Moss in his prime (when he played to his ability) was untouchable and uncoverable.
would have to agree, Moss was probably the best
unfortunately for him and the teams he played for, he had 10 million dollar talent and a ten cent attitude.
but when he wanted to turn it on, 4ager pretty well nailed it.
TO was the same, not as good as Moss, but a helluva wide receiver,
Irvin referred to Rice as "Jesus in cleats" he was very good, probably not as physically gifted as some of the others, but more than made up for it with his dedication and good attitude.
love to see credit given where it's due, evident many of you are pretty good students of the game and unbiased as well.
we've seen some incredible athletic talent over the years
Rice never fumbled, that I can recall. If he touched it, he caught it. And, he ran perfect routes. Ditto Largent, but without Rice's speed or grace. Put those two on one side with a true deep threat on the other and a TE with ability coming underneath from the single WR side, and it's impossible to cover.

Moss got a raw deal but he's doing some outstanding work with youngsters now!!
Moss probably had more God given talent and ability than ANY Receiver. When he and Chris Carter played together for the Vikings, I thought surely they would win at least 2 Super Bowls! But it was not to be. I Would have LOVED to have seen him and Michael Irving lining up with Aikmen and the Boys!

You're the biggest trash talking pussy in here Skippy. Then love to play victim Skippy.lol
Steeler's are going to need 2 TD's and at least 1 2-point conversion just to tie this game up for overtime. Gonna be tough to do with only 6 minutes left.
I got a feeling it will be a Colts vs Denver game next weekend. That should be a pretty good football game. I don't think the Ravens will stand a chance against Brady and the Pats.
I'd Love to see Peyton beat Brady again before he retires!!! And also get one more SuperBowl, if Dallas ain't there

Are you looking at the stats for this year? Rodgers spanks Wilson in every single category....show me hard numbers that proves otherwise. Your boytoy Wilson also got sacked WAY more than Rodgers did, what was that about them having a better offensive line??????
Wilson is a good quarterback, but not the best. Certainly a smart quarterback who works with what he has and is also someone kids can look up to (getting to be a rarer commodity). Seattle's weakness is the passing game. If opponents can contain the run and keep Wilson contained, Seattle is very beatable. Their defence is solid, no doubt about that! Newton is hurt, Carolina was lucky the Cardinals had virtually no offence and I don't see them going any farther. Ravens looked good, not dominating but good.
The Hawks have the best QB in the game. The hawks have the best running back in the game.
Mighty strong conviction despite superior evidence to the contrary.
Your team tops the league in Grade-A pricks, and if the Super Fan Prick draft were held tomorrow, you'd be standing on the podium when the clock started.

Don't bother using facts. The mentally challenged teenager that is okok has nothing else in life other than believing what happens in a game, played by a team that doesn't know him or would ever care to, actually matters. He's a really sad little minor with cognitive and psychological problems.
The scrambling quarterbacks can give a defense fits for sure.
Trouble is, sooner, or later, they get banged up, or their brains themselves scrambled.
The great, "Roger the Dodger" Staubach quit the game when his own doctors advised him to.
Methinks we are better off watching the gladiators than being one. The ones that live long enough are often stoved up so badly they can barely walk in middle age.

No one contemplates that if the 'great Bum Phillips' had ever let Rob Carpenter carry the ball and taken some of the befenses focus off Earl, they could have won a SB with the double threat.
After Carpenter left and went to the NY Giants he broke most of their rushing records.
That poor man can barely walk now. 'The Tyler Rose' was a runnin' stud for sure back in the day though. I still enjoy watching those slow motion highlights of him punishing guys who are trying to tackle him; it sure took a toll on him though.
He was a Tarhell. RIP Sir! You will be missed. 49...just way too young!
Eye injury Scott was injured when hit in the face by a football during a New York Jets mini-camp on April 3, 2002,[5] while filming a special for ESPN. He underwent surgery that night and was off work for a few months. Afterward he suffered from ptosis, or drooping of the eyelid.
EVERY ONE OF YOU CLOWNS KNOWS THE HAWKS WILL RE-PETE.IF YOU DONT, YOU'RE JUST HATERS OR DONT KNOW FOOTBALL. GOOO HAWKS!!
Kind of like not voting Obama maks one a racist? Pretty broad brush there. I don't think anyone on this forum hates the Seahawks. Most just don't act twelve. You have made nearly all of us want them to fail miserably despite having respect for Wilson.
Back in the 80's I had a friend declare he would bet $100 the Bears would repeat before the season ever started. I tried to have a reasonable chat saying it is difficult and who knew what injuries might befall or players change teams (ala Charles Haley later). He was adamant and just silly about it. Well they lost to the niners in the championship game if I recall. I also recall he disappeared and never paid up. Point is he was WAY to emotionally wrapped up in it for any grown man to be and took their loss as his failure, as if their victory would have equated to his personal success. Sad and disappointing to witness. I didn't care very much that I had won the bet. He could keep his money but wish he had kept my respect instead.
If Seahawks do win enjoy it, if they lose shrug it off. Sportsmanship should be practiced by fans as much as the players they fawn over.

You nailed it! But of course 4 is right on the subject matter....
Indy at home is tough to beat, and you know they'll get all the close or questionable calls due to the "Luck v. Manning" match-up prospect for next weekend.
Wouldn't surprise me to see Cincy beat Indy today! This is a very physical Bengals team.
They spanked the Broncos once, and I am sure they can do it again, IF they beat Indy. Indy has been good, and a home field advantage should make for a great contest.
Was anyone surprised the Carolina beat Arizona yesterday?

Did your grandma give you a mtn dew and candy again??? I was watching a show and they say less than 1% of partial birth abortion babies live you were a miracle baby! Maybe they will let you raise the 12th man flag for next weeks football game..,
chlinstructor: No "chit" to sling here - I was sad to see the cheatersburg stealers loose AT HOME! I wanted the Seattle Seahawks to pound them back into the ladies room. I will be rooting for the Cowboys this afternoon and the Seahawks next weekend (they had such a good season already that they apparently have a "bye-week" this week!)! GO HAWKS! Hold into the wind VarmintGuy
Any one coming to the realization that the best technique for a defensive back is to work on getting a foot or leg in to the receiver's feet/legs? Very effective and never called.

I think we should all start contributing $20 into a pot, held by Rick, for okok if he will run onto the field and butt kiss Wilson.
One story is, all the Super Bowl caps, and T-shirts made up ahead of the game, that go unused after the loss, is that they go to third world nation children.
There are kids there that think the Buffalo Bills, and the Minnesota Vikings are the greatest teams in the NFL.
never really did understand that trade/situation......
He was a free agent, he wanted to stay and they offered him a contract, but it was way under his market value, he felt insulted and he moved on. The Hawks didn't think anything of it because they figured that Harvin would be everything he was and more. They were wrong and now I guarantee they wish they had him.
Dallas better wake to hell up!!! Detroit came to play!
They really need the running game for Romo to be successful, if Detroit can play their base defense and still stop the run and get pressure on Romo on passing downs like they are not, it could be a long day for Cowboy fans.
Detroit is getting away with the same chit! Refs could have called OF holding on just about ever play. It's not gonna matter, though if Dallas can't tackle!!!
Stafford can be so damm good. It's a shame he isn't more consistent....
He played football for Highland Park HS in Dallas. It's the richest school district in TX. It's where all the Old money crowd lives. Also, JJ. Has a monstrous house there, too.
So if DET wins they go to SEA, which would be an interesting match-up!! Especially, with Tate and Bush leading the charge!
DET is the last team I wanted to see in Seattle next Week.
Carolina looks dangerous too, I have faith that Seattle will bring their A game into the playoffs again. Over this last 6 game stretch though, they have looked way better on the road than at home.

Too bad Romo can't scramble anymore! Wide Right!!! Another wasted opportunity. They should have gave it to Murray on 3rd and 2, if they were gonna kick a crappy FG on 4th down! Shoulda coulda woulda ugg !
Pretty bad when one of the best kickrrs in the NFL isnt even in the freakin game. No cowboy is ready to play ball today. Unfreaking real. Thats like the other day when the Baylor kicker hit the freaking upright and backed the ball into the field. Hard to do, but not worth a chitt.

If Dallas doesn't stick to the running game next Sunday, Clay Matthews will have Romo for lunch! Should be one hell of a game. I really like Green Bay. And I still think Rodgers is the best QB in the NFL. Of course, I've got to pull for the Boy's but I hope to hell they bring their A-game, and the "good" Romo shows up!
That being said, I really hope Cam & Carolina knocks the Seathuggs the fugg out!
Shhhhhhh! You'll bring out the troll from his Mom's basement
Good luck to your Panther's next weekend, David! By the way, did you catch Suh's post game interview? Bless his little heart, he was crying his eyes out.
Like Jaworski just said on fox sports SC. The Cowboys players add up to the bootom 1/3 in nfl talent, but they somehow to some extent manage to gel together.

JAWWHORESKI also said Krapperdick will be the best QB to play the game. And you still hang your hat on what he says. DUMB PHUGG.
Hope the Panthers bring their game on Saturday. Benjamin can't drop balls and Newton needs to run the ball better.
Sounds like there will be lots of Panther fans this weekend Panthers played the Seahawks close earlier this year, hopefully get a W this time.
I believe they will.
Skippy...your predictions are on the same level as Bob's, infact you're probably worse. How did the redskins do this year? Did they make the playoffs? Please tell.......LMAO
