Don't bother using facts. The mentally challenged teenager that is okok has nothing else in life other than believing what happens in a game, played by a team that doesn't know him or would ever care to, actually matters. He's a really sad little minor with cognitive and psychological problems.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

Trouble is, sooner, or later, they get banged up, or their brains themselves scrambled.

Methinks we are better off watching the gladiators than being one.

No one contemplates that if the 'great Bum Phillips' had ever let Rob Carpenter carry the ball and taken some of the befenses focus off Earl, they could have won a SB with the double threat.
After Carpenter left and went to the NY Giants he broke most of their rushing records.

That poor man can barely walk now. 'The Tyler Rose' was a runnin' stud for sure back in the day though. I still enjoy watching those slow motion highlights of him punishing guys who are trying to tackle him; it sure took a toll on him though.

Eye injury
Scott was injured when hit in the face by a football during a New York Jets mini-camp on April 3, 2002,[5] while filming a special for ESPN. He underwent surgery that night and was off work for a few months. Afterward he suffered from ptosis, or drooping of the eyelid.
