I cannot remember the last time I watched a presidential press conference all the way through. I couldn't stomach Obama for 2 seconds and the prior guys bored me to tears.

That was good. He's a little bombastic but that's Trump. I think he hit the points well and answered their questions well. He was a bit evasive here and there but overall he was forthright, at least his answers weren't 100% bullsh*t like we've grown so used to, he was trying to remain diplomatic but he let Donald come through and not some carefully polished mask of himself. I didn't see him get mad but he did cut off some folks and rightfully so.

His response about what he's going to do with recent Russian moves was good, could have been better but the gist was "I'm not going to tell you our military moves, not with Russia, not with North Korea or Iran or anyone.".

Two days ago in a news conference with the Israeli PM. He was asked about the rise of anti semitic violence. His answer began with him talking about his electoral college numbers.
Today in the news conference he was asked about his statement that he won with more electoral votes since Ronald Reagan (Not true). He "corrected" himself and said he meant more than any Republician (Not true, GW Bush also had more). Then further corrected said "someone told him that".

I think the reason surgery volumes are off is that people are going south of the border to get small surgeries done for a fraction of the price. An acquaintance just had two root canals and bridges put in in Puerto Vallarta. $600 and change vs $3,600 locally. US trained dentist, too. Another acquaintance had his daughter go down for arthroscopic knee surgery, couple of thousand $ and she's up and running again.

The problem is not the cost of insurance, the problem is the cost of medical care.
