Can ya get it while shopping at Harbor Freight ?

Maybe a dumb question.......maybe not ...........

BTW......what the hell is that smell when you walk in the door ?
Dead 🐀 rats
Slumlord is phooked then
Hahaha

I was thinking the same thing today sitting in HF parking lot.

I even told my daughter don’t order anymore taylor swift posters and shît from China.
Just don't pop the bubble wrap. Ponder that one for a few. Sealed plastic chambers with air pumped in where it is made. hmmmmm

Sooooooooo

there may be some merit in my question.............

I was just boosting my post count........

trying to catch up to Travis/Clark...........
I don't even want Chinese food anymore.

My closest & newest HF.....Spanish Fork Utah.......

still 2 hrs away.....open only maybe 6 months..........

If the sun rises, Harbor Freight has a sale to celebrate the day. smile
HF is a safe haven compared to Walmart. I would use Permethrin and a SCBA if I had to shop at most of them.

I had ordered a convection microwave for Amazon a few weeks ago.... made in China. With modern "just in time" inventory practices no way of knowing how long it had been in the USA before delivery..... I washed my hands a lot after unboxing it....

I read that this virus can live for 9 days on a dry surface....
I went into a Hobo Freight once and made the crack, "Smells like China!" And a guy near me said, "I've been there, and it DOES." n

They think the virus can't live more than a few days outside a host. Since the ocean voyage inside shipping containers is longer than that, the stuff in HF should be safe. But note the "think" and "should."

https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/me...ger-on-contaminated-surfaces/ar-BB1069am

The 9 day thing is a possibility China is burning tons of cash (in addition to bodies) …

https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/ar...n-surfaces#How-to-inactivate-coronavirus

Maybe longer if someone sneezes on your package in air conditioning...

https://www.businesstoday.in/curren...survive-on-any-surface/story/396252.html

…. He also points out that "coronavirus can survive at least two weeks after drying at temperature and humidity conditions found in an air-conditioned environment." Also, "contaminated surfaces may play a major role in the transmission of infection in the hospital and the community." He says, "coronavirus can retain its infectivity up to 2 weeks at low temperature and low humidity, which might facilitate the virus transmission in the community."...

Well, in the past few days, I've shopped in a Harbor Freight, a Dollar Store, WalMart, a Sportsmans Warehouse, and a golf store - all of which are wall-to-wall with "Made in China" stuff. I have not the slightest qualm about it.

But I thought Sealed Air Corp. was an American Company.
Did the Chinese steal air bubble technology?
Some types of similar virus can survive up to 28 days on a surface. Hopefully that does not turn out to be the case with this one.
I hope the virus is not contained in those little blue free flashlights! I've got a dozen or so laying around the house.
They said smokers where more susceptible to getting the virus.I wonder if bad air quality and sinus and lung irritation helped to spread the virus in China.Check out the emissions in China and India compared to the USA

I bought a Biscuit planer/Jointer last night at HB.
They had two, one had more dust on the box and that's the only one I touched.

It did have a odd odor on the test run.......
That odor is just the toxic waste they add to the paint. What a better way to get rid of toxic waste.Send it to the Americans and slowly kill them at the same time. Most likely the Chicom's plan.

That’s normal, they coat the armature with fetal ‘shellac’ to inhibit rust during transit.

Nothing gets wasted.
I got my n95 masks from HF.. they were delayed 2 weeks..

First thing I did was sprayed them all down with lysol. 2 days later.. I have breathing problems and severe chest congestion.

Fortunately my kids had the same prior to the shipment so Im not too concerned.. but makes ya wonder.
Coronavirus was invented for Americans.
