I'd love to eat at this N.Y. steak restaurant ... but I'll not be in N.Y. again. I'll bet it is delicious. Has anyone here eaten at this restaurant?

Man, that looks really good.
I watched that video the other day and thought Dayum that looks good.
I'll give it a try, soon as they open a location in Iowa. LOL! No way would I go to New York.
1998 I think. Great steak. There's a lot of good ones out there though.
that looks good. nothing to do with peter lugers, netflix had a documentary series about cooking. one episode was a guy from Australia that cooks steaks. i wanna say he dried aged some 200 days. basting with beef fat every day.
What’s the price point on that? $200? Had Australian Wagyu Ribeye from Costco last night. 4 lb cut into 4 steaks then halved again when done. It was $145 for the piece. Very nice, tender and well aged. But so rich and buttery, I really had a hard time finishing my cut.
if i ever made it to NYC. id pay $200 for that steak. bucket list chit.....
I've been to Lugers twice for retirement parties. Both times the steaks lived up to the reputation. Still, I prefer the ribeyes at Smith and Wollensky.

You paid $145 Canadian for a 4 pound Wagyu ribeye?
That’s the going rate at Costco, which is cheaper than the Wagyu farm we’ve bought from before ($100/lb).
Your a lucky man with great Costco prices. Similar Wagyu cuts at our Costco and online run $80–95 a pound.
I haven't been to NY since the 90's and yep, we all hate NY - or I should say we all hate the the Marxist politics there - but NY has some damn good food - I'll give 'em that.
