Had Australian Wagyu Ribeye from Costco last night. 4 lb cut into 4 steaks then halved again when done. It was $145 for the piece. Very nice, tender and well aged. But so rich and buttery, I really had a hard time finishing my cut.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.
