Yep....shove that nuclear option so far up Harry Reid's ass he chokes on it....
Duh.... I still like the idea that he'll be blamed every time the Nuclear Option is used against the Dems..... And he can watch as it all comes down on him with no power to do anything about it HA HA

Problem with EPA isn't necessarily founded in its reason for being, more its vulnerability to political policy. If clear objectives were defined and politics removed from the equation the agency would probably do OK.
