Yep. Good point. He was right. $150 billion is what it took to help them get things ready to get the ball rolling. Obama’s agreement with Iran guaranteed that they would obtain nuclear tipped ICBMs. This is the worst possible outcome for us. Thank God that Trump abandoned this agreement and imposed sanctions on Iran. These are weakening Iran and war is a likely consequence when they become desperate. Hopefully the Iranian people will overthrow the Mullahs.

Our response isn't going to be tit for tat. It's going to be a crippling strike against their military and their oil infrastructure with the goal of crippling the government, potentially allowing for a new government to take its place. We won't be arming anyone, we'll just be more or less making the Iranian regime impotent.
Trump was allegedly going to address the nation right now. That got called off 30 mins ago. I am betting that the strikes are ongoing. Trump won't address the nation until all our warheads have gone off. If he called off the address, I'm betting there are strikes going on right now or impending.

I understand your point. I have a son in uniform. Yes. We must not forget our soldiers heading that way. May God keep them safe. With that said, I think we should be able to cripple IRAN with air strikes and technology that hasn't been seen to this day. Remember how amazed we were when we could put guided bombs down the chimneys of those bunkers and blow the schitt out of them?

Night Japanese raids on Melbourne occasionally dropped on their position across the bay. One night on the way to the trenches, tripped over a tree root and ended up with a hernia. Had to be evacuated and he had points anyway. Dad sheepishly told the story but it explained how he ended up guarding German prisoners in Louisiana. Off topic but a funny story in light of the Kerry thing.
