Used. Not threaded. The lug was solid bedded but I relieved the sides and front. Stock has many rub marks which anyone that has owned these can understand.... I never got it to shoot better than an 1”. I was going to use it as a donor. Pics coming but it’s a used Montana..... $849 shipped from a non-FFL (me) to your FFL.... I’ll include a copy of my DL. I will include a set of Talleys. I have low 1” which should be those shown. Probably have low 30’s also...

perfect candidate for a JES rebore to 358, best thing I ever did to my Montana! I have a magnaported 308 that I'd sell for that. Chop it to 20" and rebore to 358. I may still do it. I'd never do that to a 7-08. This gun should sell. Great cartridge and rifle.

Headed to JES for a rebore or more likely to Lilja for shortactionsmokers dupe barrel.
I have 100 pieces of 358 Winchester brass on the shelf, 225 grain Partitions and no rifle.
