I have it on reliable, but second hand, information that one the campfire's favorite characters needs our support. muledeer (aka Dennis; not Mule Deer aka John B) was airflighted from Ketchikan down to the hospital in Seattle with a possible stroke. I really don't know any more than that yet, but if the Alaska mafia learns more I know that many here would appreciate any breaking news.

The report I got was that his speech was slurred--with no alcohol involved.
I would love to hear from him that this is all a false alarm, but the person I talked with worked with Dennis for several years until they both retired recently.
