OP 6mm250 Campfire Outfitter Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 13,065 Croatan NC	Made for Sears by Marlin , Hammer extension , steel forearm cap , NO CROSSBOLT SAFETY , I would rate this rifle about 90% overall. 2 scope base plug screws are missing , no major defects of wood or metal. $300 shipped Mike Always talk to the old guys , they know stuff. I would not bet on the cast bullet not shooting in it until I tried it , I have a 336 in 44Mag with the micro-groove and it shoots cast bullets just fine. 2ndwind Campfire Ranger 2 Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 20,859 Likes: 4	I saw something on Beartooth Bullets forum about a kit to fire laps barrels IF they didn't shoot cast bullets into tiny little bug hole groups... it was inexpensive just a set of lead bullets with different grades of lapping compound... Free bump for a cool gun without the nasty cross bolt safety. Please don't feed the trolls!
