You said tilled in plots. Maybe their pawing for tender roots. Doesn't take three or four deer to disturb lots of soil!

Other than a few fresh tracks, nothing to report except some clover is sprouting.
No scrapes or rubs.
Been a ton of rain up there for a couple weeks. A stretch of nice weather coming in now.
