This is driving me crazy. Newish, broke-in pair of Danner Pronghorns that I really like squeak every damn step I take. I've narrowed it down to the Cordura on the sides (I have an older lock-on stand seat that squeaks as well). Any help is greatly appreciated....

I don't know if this will work but, it's what I would try. Get some wax, or some of the filson oiled wax, put it on the area that squeaks and use a hair drier to melt it into the material.

Make sure to keep the creases along the toungue free of dust, this causes some squeaking in my boots.
