This rifle was a dangerous POS and Tracy would not make good on it! Had serious high pressure with factory loads. It looked like it was NOT NIB as it was advertised. Refer to other post if interested in more detail

I tried to handle it better. If the seller would have been more helpful It would have been between us. But he din't, so what more can I do other than get the info out there. You have the info so take it or leave it. You guys can turn this around on me if you want to, but the bottom line is that I bought a supposedly NIB rifle that had suspicous signs of use and high pressure issues. Dangerous chit. You can expect more if you ever purchase from me.

ALL of the wagons haven't circled. Prolly quite a few here who appreciate a heads-up and really don't enjoy seeing someone getting taken. You do have Remington to fall back on, but so did the seller... These things never end well, so good luck getting your "New" rifle fixed by the factory.
