I can see the race tracks banning the flags because NASCAR will put heat on the tracks to ban any flags on the private property the track owns. NASCAR owns several tracks. You put up a confederate flag, and you will be asked to take it down or leave. This will happen. Tracks have way too much invested in losing the revenue from a NASCAR race.
It will all come down to private property owners having rules enforcing no confederate flags. Of course, you will see a million of them in the camping areas especially in places like Talledaga that have free camping across from the track.
