You might give some thought to improving the customer service department, and take a look in the mirror while speaking the words above.

EHG is good to go in my experience, is very reliable and appears to have given you ample opportunities to respond to his attempts at communication.

If you dropped the ball, own it, make it right, and work on keeping customers happy.

The best way to find a new customer is to have a satisfied previous customer share their recommendation.
