Beautiful knives in the fourth photo. What are they?

Those are "leaf pattern damascus" by ABS Master Smith, Mike Williams. One is handled with dyed Sambar stag, the other is handled with a tusk from a female walrus, and stacked leather, 416 Stainless bolsters.
