There's a section in the front with chapters on various aspects of handloading, such as sizing cases straight, plus chapters on the details of components.

Then there are chapters on loading different rounds, most on just one cartridge but some including several, such as the one on the three factory .17-caliber centerfires. There's some history on each cartridge, often involving how it's handloaded. The data often contains results from several rifles, not just a pressure barrel. All together right around 60 cartridges are included from the .17 Hornady Hornet to the .416 Rigby.

In the rear there's a list of manufacturers of various products, a couple of appendices including fairly easy formulas for figuring potential velocity and recoil, and an index.
