20 years ago. Back when I didn't know any better, would just shoot any ole meat buck that walked by. .270 with 130 grain Hornady. Baseball coach was likely using a 30/06 and factory ammo on the small one.
Here's ole_270s 8 point. If it wasn't a 9 point he'd have netted 170.
