Sometimes it's best to destroy the old building and build a new one rather than try to keep remodeling one that has a shifted foundation and is infested with termites.
Not when you don't have any place else to live with deadly storms and hostiles all around.
There is nothing wrong with the foundation. It's the best that's ever been built. The structure has slid off and needs to be jacked back on.
