With the 120 NBT, I've found both IMR 7828, similar speed to RL22, and RL 19 to give me both good speeds and accuracy in my M70 Classic.

My M70 seems to like the slow powders for some reason.

Sometimes, the air you 'let in'matters less than the air you 'let out'.
