I can't speak for the 7RM, but the two 243 and a 308 that I've had all shot well. The actions are nearly worth the asking price. Worst case you scrap the stock and barrel and have something to build off of. The stocks are a little flimsy but most work well enough. I actually like the new triggers but I'm a hunter and not a BR shooter.
There is a 7RM ADL in a B&C Alaskan stock locally for $400. I have no use for a 7RM nor the LA stock so I pass it up every time I go in the shop.
