Can't go wrong with H4831...it's worked well many times. Recently RL-17 made 130s sing in my 270. IMR4451, RL23, and RL-16 all look quite promising with 130s, but I haven't been able to play with these yet.
Frankly, the 270 is generally not powder fussy.
