Either bullet/cartridge will do the job on lung shots. Should you have a screw-up, I would favor the the heavier for a going away pelvic shot that is usually quite effective.
I would avoid neck shots with the lighter bullet as the neck is the toughest part of a big bull and shots that don't tag the spine or a major artery may not put him down.
