I have an old Northern Tool one.Cost about$120.Easily 20 years old.This year already I have done an elk and a deer.Last year, an elk, a moose, a deer and an antelope. Typical use for each year. But have done 3-4 elk some years along with hunting partners.Even a few beef now and then. An elk is probably equivalent to 4 deer or so

It will keep one guy busier than he wants to be.

I understand the newer ones are not quite as good,but I know a few guys that have newer ones and they are working fine.

If you have a lot of money,go with the Lem or a Cabelas for $300-$500,but you sure don't need it
