It looks like you're planning to pay premium prices for everything except the barrel. A little backwards for a precision upper, don'tcha think?

I agree that $600 for a quality precision upper is a decent price, but put the big $$ into the barrel first. A $400 White Oak barrel on a cheap $50 upper would have a much better chance of shooting well than what you've listed above, especially if assembled by someone who know's what's what.
