I haggle very, very little with anyone. I know what I want and know what I will pay. If the two meet than a purchase is made.
Dittos. If I want something and it's reasonably priced, I'll get the item. If it's priced too high, I'm not interested in doing business with the individual selling.
As far as dealing with friends, I never expect a special friend price and would consider haggling with a friend rude.
