This is my first post And would like to introduce myself I'm Vinny B , from Big Dog Arms in Roscoe NY I NEED SOME HELP In Finding which is the correct rear sight that goes on a savage 1899 I have in 22 H.P - the gun was made in 1915 and the serial number is 1701XX I can provide pics of the firearm if needed It's a takedown model and the rear sight has a dovetail groove in the barrel and there are two screw holes also in barrel for rear sight - can anyone steer me in the right direction please ?
