When we actually listen to the video we will note that Ann NEVER said and such thing. She was talking about CIVIL RIGHTS violations and Civil Rights laws, NOT Constitutional Rights.

Leave it up to TRH to confuse Civil Rights and Civil Rights laws with Constitutional Rights, again.
