My wife and I took our children Disney World in Florida a couple of times. We never witnessed anything like this at all. Everyone acted like they should and we had a great time.
We did see a seagull dive bomb a lady with big bouffant hairdo and an ice cream cone. The gull got the ice cream and on the power climb out of arm swinging range, it took a dump to lighten its load. From our vantage point, it looked like the gull got about 4 inches of penetration in her hair. That alone was worth the price of admission.
