I'll be danged. I haven't heard of the PH rating in forever. It had already been changed to a HM rating when I joined in 1970 (if I am thinking clearly and PH is Pharmacist Mate) (If I am not thinking clearly then please disregard this rambling from a delusional swabbie who drank way too much in his younger days).
