Up till this year I've never seen a set of triplet fawns on my place. Last night there were 2 sets of triplets, 2 sets of twins, and one doe with a single fawn, so 11 fawns for 5 doe. There's also at least 8 bucks older than 1.5 that I've been seeing in the soybeans next to the house. We haven't even bothered to count dinks. I guess taking 10 coyotes off one bait pile this winter might have helped with the deer population.


They say everything happens for a reason.
For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.
