I would never argue with Mr. Echols or sully the memory of BobinNH, but
here’s an alternative - the 404 Ruger. It fits in a standard LA using a similar capacity case and producing performance comparable to both the classical 404 Jeffery and newer 416 RM or 416 Rigby.
Just another thought which can be built on a Ruger Hawkeye, Win M-70 Classic or one of the LA PFs. If the rail geometry can be made to work, it may fit and feed in a Mauser 98 as well.
It was designed as a DGR cartridge so my preference for those is limited to CRFs. YMMV
