I like the looks of the new stock, and the mention of a palm swell is making me want to change out my old one. That's really the only rub I've got with the 550; a trimmer stock has long been needed.
Good to see yours is a shooter to boot. These rifles have always been good functionally, but now look to be improving steadily in overall quality as well. Looks like I need to come up with another "need".
