Yes. And the FBI just like any other person or entity doing things they should not be doing cannot be doing the things they should be doing. And there is plenty they should be doing.
This has been the story of the FBI since its beginning.
The FBI has always been our version of the Stassi or the Cheka secret police. The good FBI agents are thwarted or run off.
The same is true of most law enforcement to some degree.
