Most likely payment on the site hosting wasn't paid, I tried repeatedly to get it removed, even had my lawyer draw up paperwork and contact them, they're response was that they don't get involved in civil matters.

I posted an email response from them way back, maybe 2yrs ago.

Maybe someone who was conned after the fact they were notified should sue their ass in court for restitution for allowing them to be scammed.
