The Mauser Model 96 is a lot like the Blaser action.
You don't lift the bolt handle, you just pull it back about 20 degrees, unlocking the bolt.

I have seen two for sale, a .270 and a .308. Not fancy, but nicely built.
The .308 was a used on in rural Georgia, where no one knew what it was, so they were only asking $500 on consignment.

Last year, the online Mauser catalog in German looked like they had s replacement for it. Given the quality of the other current Mauser rifles, I imagine this thing is on par with the Blaser mechanically, but have heard no feedback.
