That new data also matches my earlier post re quickload. Remember that when I asked it what the fastest possible speed might be it said 3154. So I guess that would make re 17 one of the best "fast" powders for the cartridge. It doesn't make it a miracle powder but it does confirm it's one of the best out there for performance.
