I shoot 225 Interlocs in mine.The moose finished his step. A 338-06 doesn't push a 225 fast enough to need a premium. I also hear 210Partion is a bit softer than the 225,making it a fine choice for the 338-06. A flat base gives a bit more powder room.
Did you read my post above about Sierras on the Graf's site? I wish I had an extra hundred bucks around to buy 10 boxes of those and stock up... $24/100 is like 1/2 the cost of many others!
I'm looking forward to seeing what the 215 GKs do. That seems like a great elk bullet and has the BC to "reach out and touch someone".
