Well,right now I'm waiting on a local locksmith to come open my new Cannon safe. Cannon is sending the part that is supposed to fix mine to the locksmith. I have the electronic lock and love it (except I can't get in it)! We'll see how long it takes to be fixed. Been waiting since last thursday.
