On the above web site, notice the Howell Basic cylindrical case -- '06 head, 2.7 inches long -- which you'd use to make .400 Howell cases.<p>American Hunting Rifles (AHR) doesn't make ammo or rifles for the .400 Howell, but the AHR web site has a dimensioned drawing of the case, I think. Manson Reamers also has the drawing.<p>D -- Yes, if you don't seat too-long bullets too shallow.
