We have the Memphis In May BBQ Competition the week before. So I'll likely just drive on into Texas from Memphis. What's that--about 8 hours? Dang that's gonna be a long drive back home. Best have my act together and collect some trophies from both events to show for all those miles. Maybe find me some good stopping points along the way back to SC.
