Runnimike: This pistol has very nice ADJUSTABLE sights on it.
It is definitely not of Bisley design that I can discern.
By the way the sights are pure black - both the front and rear sights.
This pistol does have the "transfer bar" and that is what ages it in my un-learned mind at or after 1973 - I have seen several references in Ruger information as when this change occurred.
No warning on the barrel just: STURM RUGER & CO. INC. - SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A.
