I guess the lawyers didn't explain divorce to me very well. Because I don't see any leverage gained by her being a whore.

It's a contract, she wants out of it. That's pretty much how divorce is viewed these days. But every state is different.

My ex stated I'd had an affair in her petition. It never came up in court or "sit downs". Not once. My lawyer (and her's) stated it was the equivalent of stating she doesn't like the color of my hair. Her reasons for wanting the divorce mean nothing. Unless of course there is some sort of abuse toward the family.

On the flip side, if she discovered you were paying somebody to follow her day and night, and you were asked about it on the stand... Or if her attorney asked you under oath if you were monitoring her car via GPS...

Methinks the judge would find that more interesting than who she was [bleep]'. But I've been wrong before. If it is something that could help a guy out it would be nice to know.
